  21. Delphi has been around for many years, probably almost as long as CIS.
  22. I have not used it myself, but from what I have heard, there are many
  23. satisfied customers.  It is by no means of the level of CIS, but then that
  24. is most likely why CIS charges more.  But again, I understand it has quite
  25. a lot to be had for the cost.
