  13. Is there anything special about interfacing a comms program that I'm writing
  14. to a FOSSIL driver?  Having read the BNU documentation,  I know that the
  15. driver picks up the INT 14h interrupt,  but from the point of view of a
  16. user program,  is there anything more to it?
