  19. That's part of it.  The new group "rec.autos.antique" was also
  20. created because many sites apparently do NOT accept or otherwise
  21. receive "alt" groups.  So, there was a formal vote which actually
  22. started on the alt.autos.antique group and it overwhelmongly was
  23. in favor of changing the newsgroup over to rec.autos.antique.
