  14. I'm trying to get a chart done for my mother, and the person doing it has hit a

  17. Was Canada on Daylight Savings Time for the duration of WWII?  Specifically, in
  18. November of 1940?  He knows that the U.S. started DST in 1942...but can't find
  19. any info for Canada.
