  13. This may be slighlty off the subject (I've never eaten Carp before)
  14. however, here in the South (Alabama to be exact) we eat Catfish, Shrimp 
  15. and Crawfish.  All are scavengers on the bottom of lakes, rivers and/or
  16. oceans.  While I personally don't care for Catfish too much (edible but 
  17. not my favorite), it's hard to tear me away from the shellfish.  BTW, 
  18. for the Carp hunters, how does Carp taste?
