- Have you priced them? I think mine (when I buy it) will be such
- a significant addition to our home that it will be proudly displayed!
-
- Now I need some help on this topic also: I don't have a sump in my
- setup so I can't use Mark's scheme. The guy at the local reef store
- says that I need at least a 300 GPH pump to run the water through and
- that the chiller warranty will be voided if the input water is not
- filtered first. He says to buy a Magnum 350 for this purpose.
-
- What do y'all with chillers do?
-
- My setup:
-
- 26 gallon (~95 l) glass "show" tank (approx. dimensions 1' x 3')
- Skilter 250 filter/skimmer with bio media in chamber
- Eheim 2213 canister
- Penguin powerhead for H20 circulation
- 40W 50/50 fluorescent/actinic light with 10 hr/day photoperiod
-
- Advice, questions, comments, flames, responses, warnings? Thank you.
- I read the net and my e-mail frequently.
