  24. I have always been interested in the idea that some race of aliens are
  25. truly devoted to the development of other species.  Can you elaborate on
  26. that quite a bit?  Couldn't they help the human race along (albeit, very
  27. slowly I'd expect) to a higher level of consciousness?
