  12. Flame me if I'm wrong here, but wasn't the problem with Phobos II that the
  13. control center accidentally sent the craft a "switch off antenna" signal,
  14. realising then that the craft could not receive any "switch on antenna"
  15. signals they might send.

  17. I understand that the West is imposing quite strict double-checking procedures
  18. on the Russian end of Mars 94 now.
