- Seeing the subject reminded me of an old question... I saw the movie
- "Reds" some years ago - and never did understand why John Reed made
- the perilous trip to Moscow on behalf of U.S. communism. Why
- did communists anywhere else in the world feel they needed a license
- or a franchise from Moscow to make their activities legit?
