- I've inherited a MicroVAX II, and when the project I'm working on is over, I'll
- have a spare phone line on which I'd like to install a publicly-available
- bulletin board system. I'd like the users to be "captive accounts" with VERY
- limted access to VMS... you know, like a real "PC-based BBS".

- find it in any archives that I've accessed.
