- Well, in that case, how about this: What is the best client/server
- implementation for email? The solution should allow mail message stored on
- the VAX to be read from a variety of clients, including Macintosh, DOS, and
- possibly Unix. The client should (optionally?) allow the mail messages to
- remain on the server, and should support the mail folders concept of VMS
- Mail. Other desirable features include support for MIME, as well as
- efficient use of, and minimum overhead on, the server.
-
- I realize this is a tall order, and I know that it's probably going
- to be difficult to find something that satisfies all of the goals.
- However, I'll take what I can get. :)
-
- Thanks for any information.
