- This looks like an error which crops up constantly on VMS systems-
- insufficient Page File Quota. The solution is to go into authorize and
- increase the pgflquo for the account from which a command is issued. It's
- also important to make sure your pgflquo isn't more than about half the
- size of your system page file, and to check the SYSGEN parameter
- VIRTUALPAGECNT, because noone can get a page file quota larger than
- VIRTUALPAGECNT no matter what their pgflquo.

- I've seen this problem manifest itself in any number of disguises. My rule
- of thumb is that if a program bombs with any kind of message containing the
- word "quota", "virtual", or "memory", increase the user's pgflquo before
- trying anything else.
