- Our SYSTARTUP_V5.COM does this. It turns out that the examples of bad
- "Date:" headers that I saw were an artifact of the PMDF 4.1 installation. The
- execution of PMDF_STARTUP.COM done as part of the installation used the
- MULTINET_TIMEZONE logical that had been defined by Multinet when the system
- was first booted.
