- And when should we invoke a site-supplied system startup? Before PMDF_STARTUP
- runs or after (but before the networks begin running), or before
- PMDF_SUBMIT_JOBS runs (and after the networks are started) or after
- PMDF_SUBMIT_JOBS runs. I know of legitimate examples, in use at sites today
- for all four cases.
