  11. I have just installed MX v3.1 on a 4000/60 (vms 5.5).

  13. Mail arriving to the machine is not a problems. However, sending mail only 
  14. works if you are running as SYSTEM. i.e. Ordinary accounts (having only 
  15. NETMBX & TMPMBX privs) attempting to send mail, fail. There is no error 
  16. message, nothing. An entry is made in the queue directory, but the files
  17. are empty. I have check the protections, but no luck.

  19. Has anyone run into this problem ?
