- My previous requests for information worked so well, I have a
- harder question for you. I inherited a Northern Telecom modem without
- docs or software. The local NT 992-5000 number hasn't proved helpful
- yet (they forwarded me to a "DMS-10" support line from which I'm awaiting
- a callback but I don't think has anything to do with PC's). So if
- anyone has any info on this modem (like, what's its baud rate, how do
- you access it (through COMx: perhaps?), etc.) I'd appreciate it.
-
- On the top edge of the card is written:
-
- NT2R1501 REL 05 P0647263
-
- On the bottom it says:
-
- M 94V-0 8821
-
- There are no apparent jumpers or switches. The only reason I believe
- it's a modem is that it has two phone jacks on the rear, with diagrams
- for a telephone and a telephone pole.
-
- Thanks for any help!
