- Quite true, as rape fantasies are the second most common fantasies ejoyed by
- both men AND women. (If you want, I will e-mail you the studies. They
- have been posted here, and discussed quite a bit.)
-
- Do you actually believe that men (or women) who

-
- I don't know if they should be executed. We were recently discussing one male
- who spent six years in jail before his accuser came forward and admitted she
- made up the entire story to make her boyfriend jealous.
-
- Should he, the convicted man, have been executed?
-

-
- Well, there are not enough psychiatrists to treat all of the people who
- fantasize about rape. In all of the studies and surveys done, it IS the second
- favorite fantasy.
-
- The people who should get help are those who can not seperate the fantasy from
- a desire to do so.
-
- "Medical

-
- You want us to listen to your opinions. They at least do impartial studying of
- the subject.
-
- And as for
- > nobody condoning rape I concede that you are technically right. I mean I don't

-
- Just as peachy as watching a movie with killing or arson or fist-fighting.
-
- And others who view rapists as
- > poor little innocent people who are just deeply disturbed. Gimme a break!
-
- Current estimates are that between 40% and 80% of all rapists are sexually
- abused children. Like your S.O. I agree that we should lock them up. A crime
- is a crime. However, the reason some of us want to understand WHY they do it is
- to stop it from happening in the future.

-
- Sure. Tht is why the fantasy remains pleasurable. It does not hold all of the
- negative impact. A person who can enjoy fanatsizing about being a rape victim
- is one that can seperate fantasy from reality.
-
- Although, there are rape victims who fantasized about being raped before they
- were raped in reality, and continue with the fantasy after the incident.

-
- Yep. You just read them. Although, I must ask, do you want to have a rational
- discourse on the subject, with some interplay of thoughts and information,
- or do you just want to spout off your ideas and to hell with opposing opinions
- and information? If you just want to spout off, no problem. I suppose this as
- good a place as any.
-
- If you want to exchange ideas, that means you have to be willing to listen.
-
- Whatever you want.
