- Personally, I would like to see a little responsibility
- imposed on the people who are in charge of releasing violent
- criminals, whether the parole board for prisons, or the
- shrinks who let 'patients' out of psych hospitals.

- How about requiring the person to be released to
- live with a member of the board that lets him/her loose for
- a while? I bet that would make them a tad more cautious about
- declaring someone safe for society.
- It would make it kinda hard to find members of
- parole boards, though.
