  12.     Personally, I would like to see a little responsibility
  13. imposed on the people who are in charge of releasing violent
  14. criminals, whether the parole board for prisons, or the 
  15. shrinks who let 'patients' out of psych hospitals.

  17.     How about requiring the person to be released to 
  18. live with a member of the board that lets him/her loose for
  19. a while?  I bet that would make them a tad more cautious about
  20. declaring someone safe for society.
  21.     It would make it kinda hard to find members of 
  22. parole boards, though.
