  21. Ha!  You gave yourself away here.  That would be an NEH grant, not an NEA

  23. grant -- your programme is one of *humanities* not *arts* research.  However
  24. the parody is still just as amusing.  The thought of Lynne Cheney of the NEH
  25. approving such a grant proposal is as absurd as the thought of the
  26. now-congressionally-constrained NEA doing so.
