  42. $4/gal wouldn't bother me personally, but the US standard of living
  43. would go down quite a bit and I assume that the "poor" people in
  44. the US would suffer the most.  Since the current market price is
  45. $1.15 or so, who would get to keep the $2.85 difference?  The UN?
