  18. Have you actually *tested* this savings? Or are you just mindlessly
  19. repeating a claim you were told? I've kept careful records and find
  20. that one of my vehicles gets better gas mileage at a speed higher
  21. than the national limit and the other doesn't vary more than 3%
  22. ten miles either side of the limit, though it's mileage peak is around
  23. 47 MPH. Three percent is $0.60 a week. I wouldn't call that "mongo" by
  24. any stretch of the imagination.
