- Ummm... No, it's not conceivable. Of course, I can't really understand
- people so damn lazy that they toss garbage out of a car window, either.

- Why would a cruise line dump garbage knowing that currents will carry
- their logo to shore? Why not? Most of the garbage will eventually rot,
- the people living on those shores don't have any power to stop the
- company, it's probably not illegal or enforceable. Why should they
- care? They cater to people who are lazy, rich, and wasteful anyway.
