  22. Ummm... No, it's not conceivable.  Of course, I can't really understand
  23. people so damn lazy that they toss garbage out of a car window, either.

  25. Why would a cruise line dump garbage knowing that currents will carry
  26. their logo to shore?  Why not?  Most of the garbage will eventually rot,
  27. the people living on those shores don't have any power to stop the 
  28. company, it's probably not illegal or enforceable.  Why should they
  29. care?  They cater to people who are lazy, rich, and wasteful anyway.

  31. I ALWAYS drive the speed limit (on those rare occasions when I drive).
  32. Saves mongo on the gas bill (and pisses off the rest of the speeding
  33. motorists to boot).
