- If quarantining is in fact an extreme and inhumane solution to the AIDS
- problem, then I'm sure that you could discredit the idea with some simple
- arguments. Explain why it is extreme...how it would violate human rights,
- maybe. Explain why these excesses would far outweigh any slowdown in AIDS that
- might result from such a quarantine.

- it can't even be talked about. To deny this would be to deny one's faith
- in the democratic process and the value of the "free marketplace of ideas."
