  37. Amen to that! All I've heard is how he has improved educational
  38. opportunities, set up summer coaching for children having a
  39. hard time in high school, etc. Also, from what I hear, Arkansas
  40. has one of the most difficult constitutions for a governor to
  41. work with. Seems they wanted minimal government and rigged the
  42. constitution in that way (Libertarians take note) :-)
