- Amen to that! All I've heard is how he has improved educational
- opportunities, set up summer coaching for children having a
- hard time in high school, etc. Also, from what I hear, Arkansas
- has one of the most difficult constitutions for a governor to
- work with. Seems they wanted minimal government and rigged the
- constitution in that way (Libertarians take note) :-)
