  24. This thread has only mentioned toads up to now, but I'd be interested to
  25. hear about newts. I have heard that the exudations specifically of cave
  26. newts are highly soporific even in the smallest quantities (cave newts are
  27. a prolific subtropical species whose live preferredly in the vicinity of
  28. volcanos). Can anybody verify that? Could halluzinogenics be extracted from
  29. cave newt carcasses?
