  27. Nope, it can't mean any such thing.  If there are two quarters with
  28. non-negative growth in the Gross Domestic Product, we are 'out' of the
  29. recession by definition.  'Recession' is a word that has a specific
  30. definition, and that definition has nothing in it about unemployment.
