  18. *ANY* ecomomist had better agree that we're not in a recession.  Check
  19. the growth rate for the Gross Domestic Product for the last two
  20. quarters.  If it is positive in both quarters, we are no longer in a
  21. recession, we are in the recovery (however slow and shallow it might
  22. be).  'Recession' is a quite specific thing.  It doesn't just mean,
  23. "I'm having a hard time getting a job".
