  20. look, she's not saying that they're problems that Bush created, it's just
  21. that he's done close to nothing to help solve them.  while the united
  22. states' economy got worse and worse, he continued to focus on foreign
  23. affairs.  while LA was rioting, Bush was off somewhere planning on how
  24. his administration could continue taking money from education, medical 
  25. research, and the middle class.

  27. i agree that Bush didn't CREATE these problems (having inherited them
  28. from an even worse asshole, mr. r.r himself), but he's essentially 
  29. ignored them during his four years in office.
