- House of Representatives and/or the United States Senate where they could form
- committees to talk it to death, thus creating the illusion of actually getting
- something important done? Failing that, they could attach it as a rider to a
- Constitutional amendment concerning prayer in public schools, prayer in private
- schools, prayer in the house, prayer in the senate, prayer in privately owned
- brothels (Nevada and certain sections of New Orleans only), flag burning,
- constitution burning, civil rights burning, or if they really want it to pass,
- attach it to a bill which votes the members of the prayer in space subcommittee
- a 34% raise.
