  13.     I just got mail from the amateur people who administer one of the
  14. Linguistics Department machines.  She's complaining that the root
  15. filesystem is nearly full and wants to know if she can free up some
  16. space by throwing away a big file.  The big file she wants to throw away
  17. is the disk image of the operating system.
