- Apparently, Mr. Kellmeyer thinks that he can just wave
- his M.A. in history and his candidacy for a Ph.D. in front
- of us and we'll all just fall prostrate in admiration. He
- dismisses a book without even having read it or looking
- through its bibliography and notes for sources.
