  13. Apparently, Mr. Kellmeyer thinks that he can just wave
  14. his M.A. in history and his candidacy for a Ph.D. in front
  15. of us and we'll all just fall prostrate in admiration.  He
  16. dismisses a book without even having read it or looking
  17. through its bibliography and notes for sources.

  19. Perhaps I've been naive.  It seems that ignoramuses can
  20. aspire not only to the vice presidency, but to MD's and
  21. PhD's as well.  What a country!
