- Because Bush obviously adopted the conservative abortion position as soon as
- he was chosen by Reagan to be VP. You *do* remember "voodoo economics"
- used by Bush against Reagan, again until the moment he got the VP spot,
- when Reagan's economic theories became Bush's own (to the despair of the
- U.S.).

- Calm down. Mrs. Bush said directly to the press in 1988, right after
- Georgie's inauguration, that she was pro-choice. She lipped off about
- semi-automatic guns, too.
