  27. I believe this is what might be called the 'penumbra' of the Bill of Rights.
  28. Frankly, I don't know what's been invoked in cases (if there have ever been
  29. cases) where one person wanted to seize the kidney of another person; maybe
  30. it'd be the 'right' to privacy, or illegal search and seizure, I don't know.
  31. The 9th and 10th amendments will do fine, thanks.  We are presumed to have
  32. control over our own bodies in the precident of many laws.

  34. However, I'd like to ask:  are you arguing the point?  Do you think that 
  35. other human beings have the right, or should have the right to inhabit
  36. a woman's body against her will?
