  36. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't the Houston Police Department the
  37. same police department which has a union clause written into the contract
  38. which specifically allows officers to refuse to participate in the 
  39. removal of abortion clinic protesters?  Seems to me that at least one
  40. major city police department had such a codicil in their contract, and I
  41. sure thought it was Houston....
