- The lawyer didn't look at abortion too closely, Kellmeyer. I
- pointed this out when Holtsinger tried to use that reference
- regarding safety standards and clinics. The U.S. District
- Court held in Abortion Coalition of Michigan, Inc. v.
- Michigan Dept. of Public Health that freestanding abortion
- clinics may be regulated by local health agencies.

- I'd recommend that the right-to-lie side revise its claims
- on the safety on legal abortion, and that they consult some
- original sources this time. Repeating some incompetent's
- error doesn't help your credibility.
