  14. The lawyer didn't look at abortion too closely, Kellmeyer.  I
  15. pointed this out when Holtsinger tried to use that reference
  16. regarding safety standards and clinics.  The U.S. District
  17. Court held in Abortion Coalition of Michigan, Inc. v. 
  18. Michigan Dept. of Public Health that freestanding abortion
  19. clinics may be regulated by local health agencies.

  21. I'd recommend that the right-to-lie side revise its claims
  22. on the safety on legal abortion, and that they consult some
  23. original sources this time.  Repeating some incompetent's
  24. error doesn't help your credibility.
