  12. Has there been any consideration on building a small "shuttle bus"
  13. that would be able to fly between Freedom and Mir? It would not
  14. have re-entry capability. It would only be used to get between
  15. Freedom and Mir. Therefore, one of its abilities would be a Life
  16. Boat for either Space Station.
