- I've always wonder too, but it seems that history books (that I've seen)
- avoid mentioning the date, just July, 1969. However, the only
- fair thing to do is use UTC, therefore the landing was on July 20 and
- the walk on July 21 (they had a sleep period after landing, as I recall).

- But then, when did WWII start, on Dec 7, 1941 or (in Japan) Dec 8, 1941?

- It hardly matters, everyone will remember/celebrated the date that an
- event occurred on for them.
