  28. Installation of the flight v-band was accomplished today.
  29.  
  30. Additional mechanical closeouts, installation of the v-band catcher
  31. assemblies, thermal blanket adjustments and a spacecraft power-on
  32. are scheduled for tomorrow.  While the spacecraft is on, the PDS
  33. (Payload Data Subsystem) GO/NO-GO test, a check of the SCP (Standard
  34. Controls Processor) RAM's and closing two propulsion latch valves will
  35. be accomplished.
