  9. Is Alzheimer's Disease really a disease in the context of decreasing/
  10. undermining human performance?   Or, is it one/any/more than any of
  11. the following:

  13.  o  overwrite of the afflicted (apparently afflicted) person's memory;
  14.     suggesting that the afflicted has used all of memory, or
  15.  
  16.  o  premature contact with their god such that their mind is caught up
  17.     in thinking beuond this earth and daily concerns (to them) merit no
  18.     thought, or
  19.  
  20.  o  (closely coupled with the above) a protective feature where these
  21.     people have had enough earthly pain and the mind begins to erase
  22.     thoughts of earth and are (the afflicted) trying to appeal to their
  23.     god to whisk them away?
