  20. I didn`t find a news-group(s) dealing with European Projects like
  21. TEMPUS in example, except ESPRIT & EUROCHIP which is not much 
  22. supplied by news and discusions. 
  23.  
  24. Do such News-groups exist, where someone can get up-to-date information
  25. about European projects in the fields of :
  26.  
  27.   Electronics & Computers & Education & Research & Design ?
  28.  
  29. If not, please give a hint how to get Up-to-date E-mail information 
  30. about projects like those handled by Brussels etc. 
  31.  
  32. It is too bad to get those informations by ordinary mail 
  33. quite late (sometimes about 2 weeks before the time to apply).
  34.  
  35. Having such networks and losing some chances is too sad fact.
