  10. I don't know what possible solar/cosmological effects there are, but a 12 hour
  11. cycle period might hide unknown influences.  I think the 24 hour cycle was
  12. the best.  I think a good 12 hour cycle switch point would be at high
  13. noon and midnight -- at least for the sun.  Other cosmological sources??
  14. A six hour cycle increase the chance for cancellation, and shorter times
  15. are even better.
