  15.   With all of this talking of rainbows, I was wondering if anyone has seen
  16. in a photo or actuality, a rain-hoop.  That is, from an elevated vantage point,
  17. a closed circular rainbow.  I haven't bothered to try and work out the 
  18. geometry, but it seems intuitively possible if one were in, say, an airplane.
