  36. Right.  The ultimate reason is that "blue" is the name we give to the 
  37. color of the sky in the english language we happen to use to communicate 
  38. this concept.  No one has any idea if what I perceive as "blue" is the 
  39. same as what anyone else perceives as "blue", just that we both agree 
  40. that that thing we perceive is to be called "blue".
