  13.  In regards to the survey entitled "How to improve the..."  I (and others)
  14.  would recommend that people NOT respond until further explainations are
  15.  forthcoming on:

  17. 1) who views the raw and compiled results.
  18.   a) Internet resources are being used, the net as a whole should partially
  19.      benefit.  Boston Consulting is not a non-profit organization and
  20.      should give back to the community at least something.  
  21.   b) privacy issues arise -- to me it appeared to be a marketting survey;
  22.      which could be used to create a nice junk (e-)mail list.  I'd like
  23.      assurances that this is not the case.
  24. 2) I'd like a more complete explaination of how this survey would "improve
  25.    the speed, timeliness, etc..." of electornic information dissemination.
