- I'm a patient, not a doctor, but here goes:

- (1) Nasalide is effective for _me_ if sprayed 2 times per day in each
- nostril. This is a rather low dose, but that's after using the full
- dose for a few weeks and then cutting back.

- (2) Food allergies can certainly stuff up your nose. Chocolate does mine.
- So do peanuts. (No, I mean _eating_ peanuts, wise guys!!)
