  12. I have a curious reaction to some fruit juices and some wines (primarily
  13. white wines).  About five to ten minutes after drinking, I get slightly
  14. nauseous, and the muscles around my shoulders and upper arms get stiff
  15. and very sore (like somebody beat them with a hammer).  This reaction
  16. lasts about 10 to 15 minutes and then disappears.  I don't recall any
  17. other symptoms.

  19. What causes this?  It does not seem to be a protein allergy, since I have
  20. those (pollens, cats, some foods) and the symptoms there are entirely
  21. different (usually sinus related).
