- can anyone comment upon the robustness of the `ranlib' package distributed
- via STATLIB? in particular it generates gaussian deviates according
- to:
- Ahrens, J.H. and Dieter, U.
- Extensions of Forsythe's Method for Random
- Sampling from the Normal Distribution.
