  15. Is there a simple way of being able to look,
  16. at the TITLES of Phd. theses, in a particular
  17. branch say, Electrical Engg., at some university
  18. say, something like UIUC (University of Illinois
  19. at Urbana Champagne)???

  21. What I am looking for is, some archive site, at which
  22. say I can guest login or something, and get this information,
  23. for the last ten years maybe....

  25. Asking for ABSTRACTS maybe too much, but TITLES atleast, I 
  26. hope exists in database-archive...
