  23. No.  This happened in 1991, I think.  The publisher was
  24. Gordon&Breach, and apparently they sued the AMS for libel,
  25. or threatened to do so.  An account, with a letter from somebody at
  26. G&B, appeared in the _Notices_.

  28. Anybody know if the suit was continued? Or settled?
