  11. I've heard several times from different sources that after the AMS
  12. published a list of journals and how much they cost, they were sued
  13. by a publisher who tried to prevent release of this information.
  14. Perhaps the publisher was Gordon & Breach.

  16. Can anyone verify this?  In particular, I would like to have a 
  17. pointer to a newspaper or journal article that discusses the
  18. suit.
